Free Standard Shipping on ₹500+ Orders

Standard shipping is free when your order value is ₹500 or more. Orders below ₹500 have a flat standard shipping charge of ₹89.

Shipping charges and any eligible delivery option are shown during checkout before you place your order.

Faster or special delivery: Additional charges may apply where an eligible option is available and will be shown at checkout.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times

For orders shipped within India, standard delivery is generally 5–8 business days. The actual arrival time can vary by destination, courier network, product availability, public holidays and operational conditions.

For international destinations, where available, delivery may take approximately 10–20 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. If an individual product listing displays a different delivery estimate, that product-specific estimate applies to that item.

For eligible Bengaluru orders, Couturier GO provides a same-day or next-day delivery option depending on the serviceable PIN code, product, stock and order timing.

Order Processing & Dispatch

For products eligible for the configured delivery services, orders placed before the 10:00 PM IST cut-off, Monday–Saturday, are processed for dispatch the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Sunday or on a public holiday begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Custom-stitched, made-to-order or specially processed products may require an additional 5–7 business days where the individual product listing specifies a longer preparation time.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is normally shared through the available order communication channels. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

How to Track Your Order

Use our Track My Order page to check your order and delivery status. If tracking has not updated immediately after dispatch, allow up to 24 hours for the courier system to register the shipment.

Fast Delivery in Bengaluru with Couturier GO

Couturier GO is our Bengaluru-focused fast-delivery service. The current delivery configuration provides same-day delivery for the eligible Bengaluru South PIN zone and next-day delivery for the other configured Bengaluru PIN zones, subject to product eligibility, inventory, order timing and operational capacity.

The order cut-off for the configured service is 10:00 PM India Standard Time (IST), Monday–Saturday. The delivery option shown for the customer's PIN code and order at checkout is the final applicable promise.
