Couturier Design offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products and delivery locations. This policy explains COD availability, confirmation, payment, delivery, cancellations and returns so you know what to expect before placing an order.
Is Cash on Delivery Available?
COD is available only for eligible products and locations. Availability depends on product eligibility and delivery serviceability and is shown during checkout where applicable.
How Cash on Delivery Works
- Select an eligible product and enter your delivery details.
- Choose Cash on Delivery if it is available at checkout.
- Complete any order confirmation requested by Couturier Design.
- Pay the applicable order amount in cash when the order is delivered.
COD Charges
A nominal COD handling fee may apply. If applicable, the charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. We do not state a fixed COD fee on this page because the applicable charge can depend on the order and checkout conditions.
COD Order Confirmation
Some COD orders may require confirmation by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Please respond promptly if our team or delivery partner needs to verify your order. An order that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Payment at Delivery
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
- For COD orders under this policy, payment is made in cash at delivery.
- The delivery partner may contact you before attempting delivery.
- Please keep the amount due ready to help avoid delivery delays.
COD Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel a COD order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is available only before the order is shipped. See our Cancellation Policy for the full process.
Failed Delivery, Refusal or Repeated Non-Acceptance
COD service may be restricted when an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unreachable, repeatedly refuses delivery, or has multiple previous COD orders that were not accepted.
- Keep your phone reachable around the expected delivery period.
- Make sure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
- Accept the order only when you are ready to receive it and make the payment due.
Returns and Refunds for COD Orders
Eligible COD purchases can be returned according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Approved COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable. Return eligibility depends on the product and the conditions stated in the Returns & Refund Policy.
COD and Couturier GO
COD eligibility and Couturier GO eligibility are separate. A COD-eligible order may not qualify for fast delivery. Couturier GO availability depends on eligible products, stock, PIN code and order timing.
Shipping Charges with COD
Orders of ₹500 or more qualify for free standard shipping across the store. Orders below ₹500 have a ₹89 standard shipping charge. Any applicable COD handling fee is separate and will be displayed at checkout.

Why is COD not showing at checkout?
COD may not be available for the selected product, delivery PIN code or order conditions. Checkout will show the payment methods currently available for your order.
