2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept all major payment methods available at checkout — UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an email confirmation from us. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — we will notify you if an item is out of stock.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued immediately in such cases.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship across India. International shipping availability will be communicated on the website.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Couturier Design is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the order is dispatched.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
- Custom-stitched, made-to-order, and jewellery items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & COLOURS
- We make every effort to display product colours and textures accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and fabric batches.
- Minor colour variation is not considered a defect and does not qualify for return.
- All measurements listed are approximate. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Couturier Design.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
