Yes, we strive to ensure that product images accurately represent the actual item. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Are your products original and quality checked?
Yes, all products listed on Couturier Design are quality-checked to ensure they meet our standards before being shipped.

4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

6. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver to most locations across India.

8. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on selected products and locations.

Yes, returns are accepted if requested within 3–5 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

10. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

11. Are all products eligible for return?
No. Certain items like jewellery, innerwear, and clearance products are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.
