Shipping & Delivery

When do I get free shipping?

Orders of ₹500 or more qualify for free standard shipping across the store. Orders below ₹500 have a ₹89 flat standard shipping charge.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery within India is generally 5–8 business days. Delivery timing can vary by destination, courier network, product availability, holidays and operational conditions. International delivery, where available, is generally estimated at 10–20 business days.

What is Couturier GO?

Couturier GO is our Bengaluru fast-delivery service. The current configuration provides same-day delivery for the eligible Bengaluru South PIN zone and next-day delivery for the other configured Bengaluru PIN zones. Availability depends on the product, stock, PIN code, operational capacity and order timing.

What is the Couturier GO order cut-off?

The configured cut-off is 10:00 PM IST, Monday–Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next applicable business day. The delivery option displayed at checkout for the customer's PIN code is the final applicable promise.

How can I track my order?

Use Track My Order. Tracking details are generally shared after dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Eligible items can generally be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the return conditions.

When is my refund processed?

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.
