- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
💰 COD Orders Cancellation
- COD orders may require confirmation before processing
- Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled
- Repeated cancellations or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service

- Cancellation requests are only valid if the order has not been dispatched
- During high-demand periods, orders may be processed quickly, limiting cancellation time
- Couturier Design reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues

If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation will not be possible
