REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Couturier Design | Effective April 2026

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags intact and ship it back to us.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items received in the wrong size or colour
- Defective or damaged items on arrival (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items significantly different from the product description
- Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order pieces (made exclusively for you)
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items

REFUND DETAILS
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in case of wrong or defective items.
- Exchanges are available for size or colour, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
