How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the “Log in / Register” link at the top left corner of the homepage. Please enter your email ID under register option on right side of the window so that you get a link to set up new password

Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on couturierdesign.com is absolutely free.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your bigbasket account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one account only.

Can I have different city addresses under one account and still place orders for multiple cities?

Yes, you can place orders for multiple cities.

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at couturierdesign.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

How do I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Log in / Register and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on couturierdesign.com using the following modes of payment:
a. Cash on delivery (COD)

COD as the payment method, you will need to pay our delivery executive in cash / UPI at the time of delivery.

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulizations.

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery through cash or UPI at your doorstep.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on basket On the Basket page there is a box where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

Delivery Related :

After successfully placing the order we would take 2 to 3days for handling the items and after dispatch our orders get delivered by our partner around 2 to 5days depending on the location , weather and connectivity

You can track the status in the tracking id shared on your email id after dispatching and also your can refer to my account option under order history you would be able to track the status

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

Will Couturier Design ask for sensitive information such as bank account details, PIN number, card number?

Please note that our support team will never ask you to share information other than your email ID, phone number, and name registered with Couturier Design. If you get any email, call or message from anyone claiming to be from couturier design asking for sensitive information such as bank account details, PIN number, card number, etc., please do not share it.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
