SHIPPING POLICY  
Couturier Design | Effective April 2026

We ship all orders with care — every piece is packed to protect the fabric and craftsmanship inside.

SHIPPING CHARGES  
\- Orders below ₹699: ₹99 flat shipping fee  
\- Orders ₹699 and above: Free standard shipping  

DELIVERY TIMELINES  
\- Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days  
\- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days  
\- Remote & rural areas: 6–10 business days  
\- International (where available): 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER PROCESSING  
\- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.  
\- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.  
\- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.  
\- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items may require an additional 5–7 business days before dispatch. You will be informed of the timeline at the time of order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER  
\- A tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is shipped.  
\- You can track your order via your account on our website or on the courier partner's website.  
\- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS  
\- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours. Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.  
\- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.  
\- Couturier Design is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.  
\- If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
\- International orders are currently available to select countries — please contact us to confirm availability for your location.  
\- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.  
\- International orders are not eligible for returns due to shipping cost constraints.
