-   COD is available on **select products and locations**
-   Availability may vary based on delivery serviceability

## 💳 COD Charges

-   A **nominal COD handling fee** may be applied at checkout
-   Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before placing the order

## 📞 Order Confirmation

To ensure genuine orders and smooth delivery:

-   COD orders may require **confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp**
-   Orders that are not confirmed may be **automatically cancelled**

## 🚚 Delivery Guidelines

-   Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
-   Payment must be made **in cash at the time of delivery**
-   Delivery partners may contact you before delivery

## ❌ Failed Delivery / Refusal

Orders may be cancelled or restricted if:

-   The customer is **unreachable**
-   The order is **refused at delivery**
-   Multiple COD orders are **not accepted previously**

In such cases, future COD orders may be **restricted or disabled**.
